AppMaker 2.1
AppMaker is an application for generating the user interface, and the source code behind it, for a new or existing Macintosh application. AppMaker saves development time and cuts drudgery by letting you create menus, windows, dialogs, and alerts just by clicking and dragging to arrange what you want on the screen. With one command, AppMaker automatically generates the source code for the user interface you've designed, for selected modules, or for the entire application. You can choose either C or Pascal, for MPW or THINK language systems. This is a limited DEMO which will give you a good idea of how the full product works.

Early Registration
Early Registration is a utility program that analyzes PowerPlant Constructor files and generates a source code file containing code to register all necessary classes. By including this source file in the application (instead of the typical "register everything" approach), the developer can eliminate unneeded code in the target application. Early Registration handles both standard PowerPlant classes and user-defined custom classes. It maintains databases containing the information needed to generate the source code registering each class (class name, name of its include file, etc). In this way, a custom class need be defined only once. This is a demo version of the program, which is functionally complete except for one feature -- the ability to update the databases the program uses has been disabled. This means that custom classes need be redefined each time the demo is run.

OOFILE 1.3b4d6
OOFILE is a cross-platform (MacOS and Windows) OODBMS framework featuring the unique concept of replaceable backends, with the OODBMS features mapped through to your choice of database engine. Personal OOFILE provides a simple persistent RAM backend and a dBase III® and dBase IV®-compatible backend. These backends are also included in OOFILE Professional which uses Faircom's c-tree Plus as the primary backend. For existing c-tree users, OOFILE adds many features. OOFILE conforms partly to the ODMG-93 specification but extends it considerably to allow a c++ program to fully manage a database, and using c++ as the query language. OOFILE is closely integrated with AppMaker to provide complete application generation on the Macintosh. Simply draw your screens, name your fields and generate a full database application in C++. OOFILE is royalty-free for single-user and shared-file multi-user development.

QC™ 1.2.4
QC™ Demo is a fully functional version of QC with all tests and preferences active. QC is a control panel/extension that adds the ability to stress test applications for runtime, memory related errors. You can use this demo to test your applications without any modifications to your source code. There is a sample app called BadAPPL that illustrates some of the errors that QC detects. This app also uses the QCAPI for controlling QC testing directly from your code. Full source to BadAPPL is part of the shipping product. This demo requires a serial number (available via email from Onyx) to activate it for a period of time. $99 retail.

QuickCRC 1.0
QuickCRC is a software design tool for object-oriented development projects. Its intuitive interface style and support for responsibility driven design using simple CRC cards makes it very quick and easy to apply to real projects without formal method or tool training. QuickCRC runs on Macintosh, Solaris, HP-UX, Windows 95 and Windows NT and design documents are binary compatible between computers. QuickCRC design documents can be exported to or imported from a dictionary text file. This allows a designer to automatically move QuickCRC designs to MacA&D or WinA&D for detailed design and code generation or use MacTranslator or WinTranslator to automatically generate QuickCRC cards from existing source code.
